Stupid Bush

Aku ambil cerita ni dari paper utusan malaysia hari ni. 'Presiden Bush tidak gemar membaca'.Presiden US, George W. Bush rupanya seorang yang tidak suka membaca. No wonder la kalau semua decision yang dia buat semuanya orang tak suka. Ada ke patut seorang yang nak jadi leader tapi tak suka membaca. Reading is a part of our life. One of the lecturer said:
"Reading has helped me become a more critical thinker. It has also broadened my knowledge of the world and helped me develop a more complex vocabulary-one that keeps growing." Patrick Apple.

This mean Bush cannot selalu buat decision yang tak betul sebab dia bukan critical thinker. Tu pasal kalau apa-apa semua pun nak perang je. Stupid!! Budak kecik pun digalakkan membaca at least 20 minutes a day ni kan Presiden US. If you reading 20 minutes per day, let we calculate;

Child reads 20 minutes five nights of every week;
Bush reads only 4 minutes a night...or not at all!

Step 1: Multiply minutes a night x 5 times each week.
Child reads 20 min. x 5 times a week = 100 mins./week
Bush reads 4 minutes x 5 times a week = 20 minutes

Step 2: Multiply minutes a week x 4 weeks each month.
Child reads 400 minutes a month.
Bush reads 80 minutes a month.

Step 3: Multiply minutes a month x 9 months/school year
Child reads 3600 min. in a school year.
Bush reads 720 min. in a school year.

Child practices reading the equivalent of ten whole school days a year.
Bush gets the equivalent of only two school days of reading practice.

Kesimpulannya, Bush memang tak layak jadi Presiden US. Haha!
